Hi, I’ve created a landing page on Aweber which looks fine on Desktop, but on a mobile some of the text displays one letter at a time:

I can’t see a way to optimise the payout for mobile - can anyone help?

All of AWeber’s templates are mobile optimized already and should not require user intervention to make them mobile friendly. It’s possible you’re using your own custom HTML that might not be mobile optimized, and thus needs some tweaking. It’s best to contact our Customer Solutions team directly with a link to the specific message you’re referring to so we can take a look directly.
I used Aweber’s templates, not custom HTML, but if I make my landing page look good for a desktop, it looks bad on mobile. If I optimise it for mobile, it’s not ideal on desktop. I’ve reached out to Customer Solutions but it seems there’s not way to optimise for both. So I’ve requested this feature. Thanks.
I see that this was resolved via our CS team by selecting different landing page row padding options that allow it to display on mobile and desktop correctly.
