I installed the javascript code from the publish page of the Sign Up Form using Code Snippets plugin, but it does not work. Please help me to know what is the correct process.

If you go onto another device, does the form pop up? Also, what type of site are you using? This information can help us see what is going on and how to get your form to appear.
