I have a short question: should I delete ‘dormant’ subscribers from my list?

Pruning unengaged subscribers is a good idea to maintain high deliverability and engagement with your subscribers.
Best way to do this is to use subscriber segments, and do a search for subscribers that haven’t opened since X, where X is hold long ago you want to prune. How far back you go depends on your list engagement rates, the size of your subscriber base, and other factors. Having not shared those details, I’d start at 12 months ago and make that time shorter the larger your list or lower your engagement.
