I’m Desmond O. Croker, a Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator, and Certified Diabetes Educator, and the Founder & CEO of Annie’s Memorial Chronic Diseases Education Centre (AMCEC).

I’ve spent more than a decade teaching nurses and walking alongside adults living with Type 2 diabetes across the Caribbean and the diaspora. Again and again, I’ve seen the same thing: most people already know what to do. What’s missing is support in the everyday moments that actually shape their health. Too often, people end up guided by how they feel today, or by the belief that their family history has already decided their future.

At AMCEC, I help you read your own daily experience differently, so it becomes evidence that change is possible for you. That belief sits at the heart of everything I share: Inheritance is not destiny™.

When you join my list, you’ll get practical, Caribbean-rooted guidance on managing Type 2 diabetes and metabolic health. You’ll also hear first about programs like the 21-Day Diabetes Reset Challenge and the AMCEC Metabolic Restoration Framework™.

I’m glad you’re here.
