Taking a look at your Broadcast and Campaign stats can be super important for your marketing success, and here are some good reasons why for you to consider:
See how engaged your audience is: These stats let you know how your subscribers are interacting with your messages (how often they’re opening them or clicking links). It’s a great way to see if your content is hitting the mark!
Boost your email performance: By reviewing which messages perform best, you can modify your messaging, design, layout, and even the timing of your message sends to make future messages even more effective.
Understand your audience better: Your stats can highlight behavior patterns, which helps you create more targeted, personalized messages that really connect with different segments of your audience.
Spot opportunities for improvement: Regularly checking on these stats allows you to catch any trends, like more people unsubscribing or engagement dropping off, so you can make tweaks and keep your audience interested and engaged.
It’s all about using that data to make your email marketing stronger!
Don’t forget to use the Subscribers Page within your account to get more information about who is opening your messages and who is clicking the links within your messages! This can be especially helpful for Campaign Messages as you cannot see this information anywhere else within your account like you can with Broadcasts.
It’s also a great idea to setup automations that tag your subscribers when a message is opened or when a link is clicked. This will allow you to search your list based on the tag so you can create segments to send to just that group. You can set this up in your broadcast and your campaign messages.
Definitely, Eugenie! You can also create a segment for the people who click on links in your emails and target them with specific Broadcast messages. For example, offering a special offer to just the people who clicked as an incentive .
