Hey Kevin! You mentioned you see an issue and you can’t go forward with setting up the campaign. What specifically are you seeing? Are you seeing an “Issues Found” message or something else?

I have a Dmarc authentication problem. I called the IONOS’ support, which is the provider of the domain, to fix it. I added the record on the “domains &ssl”, as they told me to do, but it’s not working yet.

Hey Kevin, it looks like this was resolved. If you are still having an issue with DMARC please let us know and we can take a look.
